The rule. Every active employee must have at least one working sign-in path so they can open the OMW pages and send a text from the field. There are three valid paths: a 4-digit PIN, an email + password, or a `@1bellaterra.com` Google account.
If anyone shows up in the Locked out section, fix it before they go out on a job. Pick a PIN, tell them what it is, and have them try signing in once at the office.
